Publix March Frozen Foods Month Program

Publix March Frozen Food CO-OP Insert Form

           

Check out these exciting program details:

  • CO-OP INSERT: Customized insert page in the Publix Monthly Grocery CO-OP dropping in all Publix markets on 3/07/09. Circulation is 4.2 MM (160,000 Miami Hispanic market) with an additional 500 flyers in each store
  • SIGNAGE: Brand specific shelf signs reflecting coupon offer or advantage buy price, along with the customized event logo, to be placed on shelf for four weeks 3/07/09 - 4/03/09.
  • DRY DEMOS: 475  Demos handing out customized inserts will occur in 475 Publix frozen food stores on Saturday, March 15th & Sunday, March 16th...6 hours each day.  An additional 400 inserts will be provided to each of those stores.  Posters supporting the event will be handed out.
  • WET DEMOS: Two (2) vendors will have the opportunity to have their product sampled (6 hours each vendor) at the 475 stores where the additional flyers will be handed out.
  • STATIC CLINGS: All Publix Stores will receive 25 static clings advertising March Frozen Foods Month.

 

Cost: Participation Options - 26 spaces available

  • Two (2) demo packages available; sample your brand in 475 Publix stores for 6 hours

    • Total cost of $69,000 per brand includes:

      • Sampling in 475 Publix stores for 3 hours

      • Participation in March FF Month Co-op with either Advantage Buy or Coupon (value of $14,500 or $12,500)

      • All demo costs (fees, product costs, supplies needed) covered.

    • Program fee does not include coupon redemption if used.

 

  • Eight (8) Coupon spaces available @ $14,500 per coupon (limited to one brand)

    • Coupons can either use look up number or manufacturer UPC

 

  • 26 Advantage Buy spaces @ $12,500 per brand/space

  • Advantage Buys will be scanned for the 4 weeks of the program

All three levels of participation include customized shelf signs for participating products in all stores, 4.2 million circulation of flyer, static clings and 400 additional flyers handed out in 475 stores.

Each spring thousands of volunteers and sponsors join together to paint the houses of low income elderly homeowners in the city of Tampa.  They donate hours, dollars, supplies and enthusiasm.
